THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") DESCRIBES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH BEIJING TACTICS GAME CULTURE CO., LTD (THE "COMPANY") OFFERS YOU ACCESS AS AN END USER ON WARS OF CARDS: ROMA (THE "GAME"). PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON THE "I AGREE" BUTTON, YOU ACCEPT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS; IN WHICH EVENT, YOU WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO PLAY THE GAME. 1.You will need to buy and download The Game from the STEAM client application in order to play. Your use of The Game constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions and your compliance of the User Conduct. To confirm your agreement, you should click on the "I Agree" button at the end of this Agreement. If you do not so agree, you should click on the "I Do Not Agree" button at the end of this Agreement, in which case you reject the offered terms of use and will not be permitted to play The Game. 2.The Company may amend, update, modify or correct this Agreement, or modify the Rules of Conduct at any time in its sole discretion without any obligation to inform the User of the amendment or changes. Amendments or changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately after the amended Agreement is posted. Your use of The Game after the effective date of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your agreement to the amendments. You agree to check this Agreement and the Rules of Conduct periodically so you will be familiar with their content as amended or modified from time to time.
3.To use The Game, you will need to install software, which The Company makes available on the STEAM client application (the "Software"). In order to play The Game, you need to log in to your Steam account and run The Game through the STEAM client application. To fully use the service content provided by The Game, you need to maintain the Internet connection. The Company does not provide Internet access, and you are responsible for all fees and costs associated with your Internet connection.
4.The service content provided by The Game may include: text, software, sound, pictures, animations, charts, etc. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other property ownership laws. Users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.
5.You may not sublicense, rent, lease, loan, or otherwise transfer the Software for profit, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or recompile the Software, or create any derivative works in respect of the Software or the Service, or otherwise use the Software.
6.You agree that when The Game is running, your Steam account name will be read and used as your temporary game account name after entering The Game.
7.You agree that any data stored by The Company on The Game server is the property of The Company.
8.You agree not to use The Game to publish, copy and disseminate harmful information during the use of The Game. The Company has full rights to determine what is harmful information, including but not limited to:
a. Violating the rights and interests of any third party, violating laws and regulations, violating or attempting to obtain the privacy of others;
b. Discriminatory by race, country, region or other aspects;
c. Insulting, harassing, vulgar, obscene, inciting violence, or crime;
d. Current affairs, politics, religion, pyramid schemes, commercial advertisements, etc. have nothing to do with The Game;
e: Others that violate social order and good customs and cause displeasure to other users.
9.To ensure fair play of The Game, The Company does not allow the use of any cheating programs or behavior to play The Game.
10.All Users must use the client program of The Game provided by The Company. The Company has the right to update The Game client program at any time, and has the right to modify, add, or delete the content of The Game client program at any time. All Users are required to use the latest version of The Game. Modification of the client program of The Game is strictly prohibited.
11.If you violate the above terms, you will bear the following serious consequences, including but not limited to: (i) The Company can temporarily or indefinitely ban your Steam account from logging into the multiplayer game server of The Game; (ii) The Company reserves Right to bring legal action.
12.Regardless of prior notice, The Company reserves the right to interrupt or terminate some or all of The Game network services at any time. The Company does not bear any responsibility to users or any third party for any loss caused by the interruption or termination of game network services. It will not refund the user's previous purchase fee for The Game.
13.You agree to bear all consequences, risks and losses arising from the use of The Game by yourself. The Company does not assume any responsibility for users.
14.The Company reserves the right of final interpretation of this agreement.
