Introduction
This license agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“End User” or “you”) and the owner ("yeah/nice") of the game software (“Game” or “Software”) you are about to install.
License Grant
The owner of the Game grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Ownership
The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The owner of the Game retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game.
Limitations on Use
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any portion of it without the express written permission of the owner. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any portion of it.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Game in your possession. The owner of the Game may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The owner of the Game does not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the owner of the Game be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the owner of the Game and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between you and the owner of the Game. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Game was acquired.
Acceptance
By installing and using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
