EULA (End User License Agreement):
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING DUNGEON DESCENT ("GAME"). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
GRANT OF LICENSE: The game is licensed, not sold. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
RESTRICTIONS: You may not modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Game or any part thereof. You may not make any copies of the Game, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
OWNERSHIP: All rights, title, interest, and copyrights in and to the Game (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Game) are owned by Malignant Potato L.L.C.
TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, Malignant Potato L.L.C may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Game and all of its component parts.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Malignant Potato L.L.C shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
By installing and/or using Dungeon Descent, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this End User License Agreement, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
