Grant of License:
1.1 Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2 The license is limited to a single user and is not sublicensable.
Restrictions:
2.1 Licensee shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game, nor shall they reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
2.2 Licensee shall not use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2.3 Licensee shall not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Game.
Ownership:
3.1 The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Licensor.
3.2 This Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to trademarks or trade names of Licensor.
Updates and Support:
4.1 Licensor may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game at its discretion.
4.2 Licensor is not obligated to provide technical or customer support but may do so at its discretion.
Termination:
5.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party.
5.2 Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
6.1 The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2 Licensor does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability:
7.1 Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.
7.2 In no event shall Licensor's total liability exceed the amount paid by Licensee for the Game.
Governing Law:
