License Grant:

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The licensor does not warrant the performance, quality, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, or error-free nature of the Game.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the licensor be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use the Game, whether or not the licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes and Updates:
The licensor reserves the right to update, modify, expand, or restrict the Game at its sole discretion. The licensor is not obligated to provide any support, maintenance, or updates for the Game.
