ZYRA END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing or using ZYRA ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms.

1. License

ZYRA is licensed, not sold. Purchasing the Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your own devices.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the Software except where permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Software without written permission.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, trademarks, logos, graphics, code, and intellectual property related to ZYRA remain the property of S4VAGEE DESIGNS.

4. Updates

The Software may receive updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features at any time.

5. User Data

ZYRA stores your productivity data locally unless you choose to use optional cloud synchronization features.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Software will be free from errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S4VAGEE DESIGNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

8. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in termination of this license.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction.
