Stream Polls ("software") is licensed to You ("End-user") by Christina Piberger ("Licensor") for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
This EULA (End-user License Agreement) grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the software. By accepting this EULA You are agreeing to the following terms:
1. The Licensor will be in no way held liable or responsible for any content created with this software by the End-user.
2. The End-user is using this software at their own risk.
3. The End-user acknowledges that the use of the software requires connection to the Internet.
4. The software is provided "as is". The Licensor is not obligated to provide any further maintenance, updates, or support to the End-user.
5. The Licensor reserves the right to release updates, fixes and further developments of this software and to provide them to the End-user for free. The End-user may needs to download and install such updates to continue to use this software.
6. The End-user does not obtain the rights to access, use or disclose the source code of this software. The software remains the sole property of the Licensor. The End-user is not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute the software.
7. The End-user may terminate this EULA at any time by permanently deleting the sofware. The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if the End-user fails to comply with any of the above clauses. Once the EULA is terminated, the End-user must stop using this software and delete it from their computer immediately.
