End User License Agreement (EULA) for GameTranslate
Effective Date: November 25, 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Godnoken, the creator of GameTranslate (the "Software").
License Grant
Godnoken grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GameTranslate on multiple devices that you personally own or control. The license is limited to your personal use only and does not permit sharing, redistribution, or use on devices not owned or controlled by you.
Restrictions
You may not:
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by law.
Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringe on third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Godnoken shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use GameTranslate, including but not limited to:
Any harm, loss, or corruption of game states or data.
Any software conflicts, including triggering anti-cheat systems.
Any crashes or errors affecting your device or software.
You acknowledge that use of the Software is at your own risk, and the Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Software. Godnoken may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any terms herein.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Godnoken operates.
