The Spaceminers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to certain features and content within the Game.
5 - Game Content | Prohibited Content
You agree not to create, submit, or share any User-Generated Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others. The Spaceminers reserves the right to remove or turn off any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms.
6 - Disclaimer
The Game is intended for entertainment; no player should rely on it for financial gain. The Spaceminers do not guarantee financial rewards, prizes, or returns from playing the Game.
7 - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Spaceminers and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Game or this EULA, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
