End User License Agreement (EULA) for Safehouse
By installing or using the game "Safehouse", you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the game.
License Grant. The company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the game to any third party.
Ownership. The game is licensed, not sold, to you. The company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the game, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game in any way.
Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the game. The company may terminate this EULA if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall the game and destroy all copies of the game in your possession.
Disclaimer of Warranty. The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the game or the information, content, materials, or products included in the game. The company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the company be liable for any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the game, or $100, whichever is greater. This limitation of liability shall apply to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be brought in the courts of the state of Thailand.
