This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "You") and AzatotGames and Artmeii Korshunov (referred to as "Developers") for the game titled "Bozalleth's Curse" (referred to as the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
License Grant:
The Developers grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, music, sounds, characters, storylines, scripts, and any other materials related to the Game, are the sole property of the Developers. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Developers. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Game or any of its content without prior written consent from the Developers.
Restrictions:
You shall not:
a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
b) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Game or its content.
c) Use the Game for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.
d) Share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Game or any of its components to any third party.
Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. The Developers may terminate this license at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. The Developers disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Game, even if the Developers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developers are based. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developers concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements and understandings.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you must not install or use the Game.
