This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Tzavis Studio, Marios & Ioannis Tzavaras, Pavlos 173, 32300 Orchomenos, Greece, regarding your use of the video game software The Devil's Face (“Game”).
License Grant. Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game on a single device, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Ownership. The Game and all intellectual property rights in the Game are owned by Developer and its licensors. The End User shall have no rights to the Game except as specifically set forth in this EULA.
Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Game. You may not sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies of the Game.
Termination. The license granted under this EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying all copies of the Game in your possession. The license will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Game and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. In no event will Developer or its licensors be liable for any damages, including without limitation any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Developer, its licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Game, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law. This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece - EU.
Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the Game.
