End User Software License Agreement and Limited Warranty.
Tactical Vengeance: Play The Games (the "Software Product"). Developed and published by MT Games Interactive.
By installing and using Tactical Vengeance: Play The Games (the "Software Product"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User Software License Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software Product.
MT Games Interactive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the Software Product on a single computer or gaming device. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software Product, and MT Games Interactive retains all rights not expressly granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software Product.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product.
You may not create derivative works based on the Software Product.
Any unauthorized use of the Software Product will result in the termination of this Agreement.
Tactical Vengeance: Play The Games and its logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of MT Games Interactive. All other trademarks or registered trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
To ensure proper support and functionality of the Software Product, you must meet the system requirements as described on the product's store page. MT Games Interactive is not responsible for any issues arising from the failure to meet these requirements.
MT Games Interactive warrants that the Software Product complies with Steam's rules and regulations. Any requests for a refund must be made through Steam. Therefore, MT Games Interactive does not process refunds directly and refers all refund requests to Steam. In most cases, error correction or repair of the game will address challenges with the game, and we recommend attempting these solutions before pursuing other options.
Except for the limited warranty set forth above, the Software Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MT Games Interactive disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MT Games Interactive be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software Product, even if MT Games Interactive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from MT Games Interactive if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software Product and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software Product.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by Steam in addition to the terms of this Agreement. Failure to comply with Steam's rules may result in termination of your access to the Software Product.
The Software Product may contain violence, blood splatter, killings, and war-like effects. It is not suitable for individuals who may find such content disturbing. If you have difficulties with these effects, we recommend proceeding with caution and stopping gameplay if it becomes overwhelming. MT Games Interactive disclaims all responsibility for any adverse effects experienced by individuals who do not adhere to this warning.
By installing or using the Software Product, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
