End User License Agreement ("EULA")

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before downloading or using Bonfire And Tail ("the Game").
By downloading or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download or use the Game.
License
Subject to this EULA, Oristeed Co., Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Game or any part of it except as expressly authorized by Oristeed Co., Ltd. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any part of it, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Game.
Ownership
The Game is owned by Oristeed Co., Ltd and its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Oristeed Co., Ltd and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
Warranty disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the Game. Specifically, Oristeed Co., Ltd disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, usefulness, or content of information, products, or services; and 2) any warranties of title, warranty of non-infringement, warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Oristeed Co., Ltd be liable to you for any damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination of this EULA, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
Governing law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Shenzhen. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Shenzhen.
Entire agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Oristeed Co., Ltd and you with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Oristeed Co., Ltd and you with respect to the Game.
