PLEASE VIEW OUR PRIVACY POLICY WITHIN THE SETTINGS IN THE GAME

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “Player”) and Adversity Interactive (“Developer”) governing your use of the game Isle of Leil (“Game”).By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. Ownership and Rights

The Game, including all software, code, assets, text, graphics, audio, and related materials, is the exclusive property of Adversity Interactive and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Game incorporates Epic Games, Inc.’s Unreal Engine 5 technology, which remains the property of Epic Games, Inc. Use of Unreal Engine is governed separately by the Unreal® Engine End User License Agreement (the “Epic EULA”). Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Unreal Engine or any Epic Games materials to you.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Adversity Interactive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to:Install and play Isle of Leil for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.Create and share gameplay videos, live streams, or reviews of the Game for non-commercial or monetized content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services, provided such use complies with this Agreement and does not infringe on the rights of Adversity Interactive or Epic Games.

4. Restrictions

You may not: Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify the Game or any of its files. Use the Game or its assets (including code, art, audio, or Unreal Engine assets) in other software, games, or derivative works. Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Game or any of its parts. Circumvent or modify any digital rights management (DRM) or copy protection features. Use the Game in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable law.

5. Unreal Engine Compliance

The Game is developed using Unreal Engine 5, under license from Epic Games, Inc. Epic Games does not provide any support, warranty, or liability for this Game. This Game is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise connected to Epic Games, Inc. You must comply with all applicable terms in the Unreal Engine End User License Agreement available at:https://www.unrealengine.com/eula6. User-Generated Content If the Game allows the creation or submission of user-generated content (“UGC”), you grant Adversity Interactive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your UGC within the Game or related promotional materials.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Adversity Interactive may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ADVERSITY INTERACTIVE AND ITS LICENSORS (INCLUDING EPIC GAMES, INC.) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVERSITY INTERACTIVE, EPIC GAMES, INC., OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Acknowledgement By installing or using Isle of Leil, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Unreal Engine EULA.
