By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product "Garbage Truck Simulator", you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please, do not install, copy, or use the Product. You might be able to get refunded for your purchase by the responsible sales platform.
The product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This product is licensed, not sold.
§1 Purview
(1) This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), referred as the "Client" and Darius Bode, Kohövedstrasse 3a, 22143 Hamburg, Germany, referred as the "Licensor" for the software product accompanying this Agreement. This agreement includes computer software and may include associated online documentation referred as the "Product".
§2 Granting of License
This agreement grants the following rights to the Client:
(1) Installation and use. The Client is granted the rights to install and use a copy of the Product.
(2) The right to use is only granted for private, non-commercial use.
(3) The web-service interfaces included in the Product may only be used in connection with the intended purpose of this Product.
§3 Restrictions
(1) The Client has verified that the Product meets the demands and expectations of the Client prior to conclusion of the contract. The Client is aware of the Products functionality and restrictions.
(2) Product descriptions are for reference and not guarantees.
(3) In order to protect the trade secrets and proprietary know-how contained in the Product, the Client may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Product except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
(4) The Product is licensed as whole and may not be separated into components.
(5) The Licensor reserves every right not explicitly listed in this agreement.
(6) Every copyright protected material contained in this Product including graphics, pictures, animation, video, audio, music and text and the included online documentation are property of the Licensor or third-party Licensors. Every copyrighted material is protected by applicable laws.
§4 Disclaimer
(1) This Product is provided 'as is' and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are disclaimed.
(2) In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in this contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage, except where excluded by law.
(3) The Licensor shall not be liable for any copyright infringements caused by the Client while using the Product.
§5 Termination
(1) In case of a termination of this agreement due to a violation, the Client is obliged to destroy all original versions, copies and components of the Product and provide a written proof of destruction to the Licensor.
Data protection:

The data protection declaration of the Licensor can be checked at http://www.abrissprofi-online.de/data_protection_agreement.html and is an integral part of this agreement. By installing or using this product you agree to and accept (1.) this agreement and (2.) the privacy policy as binding. In case you do not agree with either of these documents you shall not install or use this product.

Valve itself collects personalised data during usage of the service „Steam“ on their own behalf and based on their licence agreement. We cannot access this data. With regard to the data collection and processing by „Steam“ we refer to the licence agreement and data protection declaration of Valve.
