1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and ELECTRIS SRL, the publisher of the game "The Wonderful Adventures of Sip" (TWAOS). By purchasing, installing, copying, or otherwise using TWAOS, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not purchase, install, or use TWAOS. TWAOS contains flashing lights and may cause seizures or other health problems, users should be aware and warned before entering the game.
2. License Grant
ELECTRIS SRL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TWAOS on any device you own. You may not reproduce or distribute TWAOS without the express written consent of ELECTRIS SRL. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble TWAOS or any part thereof.
3. Ownership
TWAOS is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. ELECTRIS SRL owns the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in TWAOS. You do not acquire any ownership rights in TWAOS by purchasing, installing, copying, or otherwise using TWAOS.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
TWAOS is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ELECTRIS SRL does not warrant that TWAOS will meet your requirements or that the operation of TWAOS will be uninterrupted or error-free. TWAOS contains flashing lights and may cause seizures or other health problems, users should be aware and warned before entering the game.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ELECTRIS SRL be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use TWAOS, even if ELECTRIS SRL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
7. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and ELECTRIS SRL with respect to TWAOS and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether verbal or written.
8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing, installing, or using TWAOS, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
