END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR QISAH TOMANG: CYCLE ENDS
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING QISAH TOMANG: CYCLE ENDS. THIS EULA IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE DEVELOPER OF QISAH TOMANG: CYCLE ENDS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "DEVELOPER"). BY INSTALLING OR USING QISAH TOMANG: CYCLE ENDS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. 1. LICENSE GRANT
Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use QISAH TOMANG: CYCLE ENDS, including any related documentation and accompanying materials (hereinafter referred to as "Software"), solely for personal, non-commercial use during the term of this EULA.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise use any part of the Software, except as expressly permitted by this EULA. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any rights granted to you under this EULA. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or otherwise attempt to discover its source code.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software is owned by Developer and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The Software may contain trademarks, logos or other proprietary material of Developer or its licensors, which may not be used without the express prior written consent of Developer or its licensors.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights. Developer does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software or any related documentation, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. TERMINATION
This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possession or control. Developer may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this EULA shall automatically terminate, and you shall immediately cease all use of the Software.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Developer is headquartered, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Developer. No waiver of any breach of any provision of this EULA shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions thereof, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this EULA shall remain in full force and effect.
