This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "End User") and K2M Doradztwo Inwestycyjne, Maciej Prasal aka K2M Games (the "Developer") regarding the use of the game (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License
   Grant Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Developer grants the End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is granted solely for the End User's use and enjoyment of the Game.
2. Ownership
   The Developer owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. The End User acknowledges that the Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The End User shall not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Game.
3. Restrictions
   The End User shall not, and shall not permit others to:
• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game;
• use the Game for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling, renting, leasing, or distributing the Game;
• use the Game in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• use the Game to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights;
• use the Game to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• use the Game to upload or distribute any harmful or malicious content.
4. Termination
    This Agreement shall terminate automatically if the End User breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, the End User shall immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in their possession.
5. Streaming
   The End User is permitted to create and stream videos of the End User's gameplay of the Game, and to share those videos through any platform or service, provided that such videos comply with the terms of this Agreement and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. The Developer reserves the right to request that the End User remove any videos that the Developer believes violate this Agreement or infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Non-Profit Fan Works
    The End User is permitted to create non-profit derived works, such as fan-art or fan-fiction, based on the Game, provided that such works comply with the terms of this Agreement and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. The End User acknowledges that any such derived works are the property of the Developer, and the Developer reserves the right to request that the End User remove or modify any such works that the Developer believes violate this Agreement or infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will meet the End User's requirements or that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The End User assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of the Game.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Poland for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
10. Entire Agreement
     This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
11. Amendments
    The Developer reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the End User. The End User's continued use of the Game after such updates or amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated or amended Agreement. It is the End User's responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any updates or amendments.
12. GDPR Policy
    The Developer is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its End Users, and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Developer's GDPR policy can be found in the attached document, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, the End User acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the End User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must not download, install, or use the Game. If the End User has any questions or concerns regarding this Agreement, they should contact the Developer before downloading, installing, or using the Game.

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance by the End User and shall remain in effect until terminated as provided herein. The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature extend beyond the termination of this Agreement shall survive such termination.
