This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "End User") and Renovate Software LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Renovate Software" or "Licensor") for the first-person horror game "Shrieking Darkness" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") for the gaming platform "Steam." By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

LICENSE GRANT:
Renovate Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license allows you to install and use the Game on a single gaming platform associated with your Steam account. You are not allowed to distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or exploit the Game in any other manner.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
The Game, including all content, graphics, audio, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Renovate Software and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Renovate Software. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS:
You agree not to:
a) Use the Game for any commercial purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, or promotional materials.
b) Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game or any related materials.
c) Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the Game.
d) Engage in any activity that disrupts or negatively impacts the Game's servers or community.

CONTENT SUBMISSIONS:
In connection with the Game, you may have the ability to submit user-generated content, such as comments, reviews, or in-game creations ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Renovate Software a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute the User Content for any purpose related to the Game or Renovate Software's business.

TERM AND TERMINATION:
This EULA is effective from the moment you first install or use the Game and will continue until terminated. Renovate Software may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete any copies from your gaming platform.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER:
The Game is provided "as is," without any warranties or conditions, express or implied. Renovate Software disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall Renovate Software or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Country/State].

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

SEVERABILITY:

BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE THE GAME.
