Terms and Conditions for Dragon Inn

By accessing or using Dragon Inn (referred to as the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use the App. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the App.
2. Use of SRD Content
This App includes content derived from the System Reference Document 5.1 (“SRD 5.1”) and is used under the terms of the Open Gaming License (“OGL”).
The following elements of the App are designated as Open Game Content: classes, rules, class features, races, spells, monsters, equipment tables, and other material directly taken from or adapted from SRD 5.1.
All other elements of the App, including but not limited to the software code, user interface, graphics, artwork, original narrative text, and trademarks, are designated as Product Identity and are not Open Game Content.
3. User-Generated Content
Logging and Monitoring
When you upload content to the App, we may log certain details associated with your upload, including but not limited to the user ID, the content’s metadata (e.g., image URL, timestamp), and the moderation status. These logs are used for the purpose of ensuring compliance with our Terms and Conditions, moderating content, and maintaining security within the App. We may also use these logs to take necessary actions on content that violates our guidelines, such as removing or restricting access to inappropriate or illegal content.
Uploading and Sharing
The App allows users to upload and share images or other content ("User Content") to our database. By uploading content, you affirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share it and that it does not violate any laws or infringe upon any third-party rights.
Responsibility
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and share the content within the App as intended by its functionality.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove such content at our sole discretion.
4. Early Release Access
The App is provided as an Early Release version and is still in active development. It may contain unfinished or experimental features, bugs, or stability issues.
By accessing and using the Early Release version of the App, you acknowledge that it is not a final product and that your experience may differ from the final release.
We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas to help improve the App. By submitting feedback, you agree that we may use it without compensation or obligation to you.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, excluding User Content and SRD content, are owned by us or our licensors.
Unauthorized use of any materials or features within the App may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Indemnity and Liability
By using Dragon Inn, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Inn, its developers, officers, partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the App. This includes any claims related to the content you upload, share, or transmit, as well as any third party’s reliance on or use of such content.
You are responsible for any actions taken by you, your employees, contractors, or agents while using the App, including any activity under your account, whether authorized by you or not. Additionally, you accept liability for your interactions with other users, any violations of these Terms and Conditions, and any breaches of applicable laws. If you grant access to guest users or non-logged-in users, you are also responsible for their actions within the App.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights or violations of others’ rights while using the App is your sole responsibility. This also applies to your access to or use of third-party services, linked sites, or any dealings with third parties advertising, promoting, or offering services through the App.
By using Dragon Inn, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your actions and any content you share. We reserve the right to take necessary actions, including content removal or access restrictions, to address any violations of these terms.
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:
Illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Attempts to exploit or manipulate the App in ways not intended.
Users who repeatedly violate these terms may have their ability to upload content restricted. As the App does not have an account system, enforcement actions will be applied at our discretion based on available information.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or hardware issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App. Continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
