PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING ANY GVR TRAINING COMPUTER SOFTWARE VR TRAINING APPLICATIONS ("SOFTWARE"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA.
GRANT OF LICENSE. GVR Training Computer Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on one device at a time. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you, and GVR Training Computer Software retains all ownership rights to the Software.
OWNERSHIP. The Software is owned and copyrighted by GVR Training Computer Software. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and any and all copies thereof, including all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights therein, shall remain with GVR Training Computer Software.
LIMITATIONS. You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations. You may not use the Software to create any products or services that compete with the Software. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GVR TRAINING COMPUTER SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. GVR TRAINING COMPUTER SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
UPDATES. GVR Training Computer Software may release updates to the Software from time to time, which may include bug fixes, enhancements, and new features. You acknowledge that such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed without further notice to you.
TERMINATION. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or GVR Training Computer Software. GVR Training Computer Software may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if you breach any of the terms or conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
GOVERNING LAW. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GVR Training Computer Software is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and GVR Training Computer Software with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and GVR Training Computer Software.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the Software.
