END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and the developer of Conspiracy TD (“Developer,” “We,” or “Us”) governing your use of the Conspiracy TD software product (the “Product”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Product through Steam or any other authorized platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Product.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Product for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise expressly permitted by Developer.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Developer.
2. Ownership
The Product is licensed, not sold. Developer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights, except as otherwise stated herein.
3. Unreal Engine Disclaimer
The Product is developed using Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.
Epic Games, Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and has not endorsed, sponsored, approved, or supported Conspiracy TD in any way.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Epic Games, Inc. makes no representations, warranties, or conditions, express or implied, regarding the Product.
Epic Games, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties or conditions of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and completeness.
Epic Games, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, costs, or claims arising out of or related to the Product or its use.
All responsibility and liability related to the Product rests solely with the Developer, except as required by applicable law.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any warranties or conditions of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or availability
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
You acknowledge that use of the Product is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Product.
Developer’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Product on Steam.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
6. Steam Platform Disclaimer
You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and the Developer only, and not with Valve Corporation.
Valve Corporation is not responsible for the Product or its content and makes no warranties regarding the Product. Valve has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or refunds beyond what is required under Steam’s policies and applicable law.
7. Game Analytics
The Product may process limited non-identifying gameplay and technical information, such as in-game nicknames, progression data, performance metrics, crash reports, and generic hardware information, solely for the purpose of improving game functionality, stability, and balance.
The Product does not intentionally collect or require real names, contact details, account identifiers, platform identifiers (including Steam IDs), or precise location data. Any data processed is not used for marketing, advertising, or profiling and is not sold or shared with third parties, except where technically required to operate the Product.
Processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance and improvement of the Product.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
