PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN TOTAL RENDITION: THE VERTICAL SLICES ("THE SOFTWARE"). BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS EULA AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

Total Rendition: The Vertical Slices ("The Software") is licensed, not sold, to you by Schizotypy Game Development Ltd solely for testing and evaluation purposes. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
While participating in the open playtest, you may provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to Schizotypy Game Development Ltd. You agree that any feedback you provide may be used by Schizotypy Game Development Ltd without any obligation to compensate you.
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. Schizotypy Game Development Ltd disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Schizotypy Game Development Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of The Software during the open playtest, including the eventuality that delivery of the full version may fail to materialise.
Schizotypy Game Development Ltd reserves the right to terminate your participation in the open playtest at any time and for any reason.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Schizotypy Game Development Ltd regarding Total Rendition: The Vertical Slices and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings.
Schizotypy Game Development Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this EULA from time to time.
You are expressly prohibited from disseminating, publishing, or sharing any works, including but not limited to reviews, articles, videos, or any content that purports to provide comprehensive evaluations of Total Rendition, prior to the conclusion of its Early Access phase of development.
In the event of a violation of this clause, Schizotypy Game Development Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and may also revoke your access to the open playtest.
