ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT
This Agreement will be binding on you and Nomorevalid once you download, install or use CHAQS. If you do not agree to it, you are not permitted to download, install or use CHAQS.
RULES FOR USING CHAQS
There are some rules to follow if you want to play CHAQS
a. distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, convert into convertible currency, or otherwise transfer or assign the Software
b. make a copy of the Software available on a network for use or download by multiple users
c. exploit the Product or any of its parts commercially
d. create, use and/or distribute "cheat" programs or software applications
e. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, display, perform, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise modify the Software, in whole or in part.
f. baseless accusations against the Product or Company
g. harassing other players who own the game
Nomorevalid may block your online and offline access to the game.
If you violate any of the above rules, you agree that your access to the game may be blocked.
1. Online Block
Requires internet access and may not be permanent and includes the following situations.
1-1. Violation of this agreement
As a result of violating this agreement, your online access to the game may be blocked and your game process may be ignored.
1-2. Attempt to interfere with the game process
With the control methods in CHAQS, CHAQS controls the game process in line with special or created control points at the beginning, during and at the end of the game. In case of detection of a situation contrary to the game process, it reports the situation and your online access to the game may be blocked after the report is investigated.
1-3. Blacklist
Your online access to the game will be blocked.
2. Offline Block
You cannot access the game online or offline in any way.
2-1.Absolute misbehavior of the player
You will not be able to enter to the game, your support requests will not be answered and the block will be permanent.
3. Whitelist
While performing the relevant controls (1-2) the system may make an incorrect report and as a precaution, your online access to the game may be blocked by waiting for a response from you or the situation can be resolved without waiting for a response from you. In both cases, you can maybe receive a notification in-game. Nomorevalid do not give a timeframe for when this situation will be resolved and do not guarantee that it will be done, even if you have not committed any violation. Nomorevalid is not responsible for incorrect report.
FEEDBACK AND CRASH REPORTS
You can give your feedback about the game via e-mail. Please remember that we may choose not to use or accept player suggestions, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for them and, if we do somehow incorporate a suggestion or something similar to it into or around the game, we are not in any way obliged to reimburse or compensate you (financially or otherwise).
For crash or error reports, it is recommended to use the report a problem function on the Help and Guide pages in the game, but you can also request support with an e-mail explaining the error. You agree to send with all necessary information for the situations you report in-game.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
CHAQS may use third party services for some of its functions. These services are provided by third party service providers and Nomorevalid is not responsible if the relevant services do not work. These services are activated in the game only as a result of your activation or use. If you use or activate these services, you agree to provide the relevant information for the third party services.
REWARDING
Nomorevalid reserves the right to provide rewards such as game keys or coupon codes to people who have achieved certain achievements in the CHAQS game and have not violated any rules.
WARRANTIES
Nomorevalid warrant that: Nomorevalid have the right to enter into this Agreement and to grant you the licence to use CHAQS, Nomorevalid will take reasonable care with CHAQS and your use of it; and Nomorevalid will use reasonable endeavors to comply with applicable laws in performing our obligations to you under this Agreement. Software is compatible with a personal computer meeting the minimum system requirements listed in the Software documentation or that it has been certified by the gaming unit producer as compatible with the gaming unit for which it has been published. However, due to variations in hardware, software, internet connections, and individual usage, Licensor does not warrant the performance of the Software on your specific computer or gaming unit.
Nomorevalid do not warrant against interference with your enjoyment of the Software; that the Software will meet your requirements; that operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free; or that the Software will be compatible with third-party software or hardware or that any errors in the Software will be corrected.
Your Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that you have the full power and ability to enter into this Agreement and will fully follow its terms.
LIABILITY
You agree that the use of the product is entirely at your own risk. You assume all responsibility for selecting the product to achieve your intended results, and for the installation of, use of, and results obtained from product. To the fullest extent premissible under applicable law, in no event will Nomorevalid be liable for loss or damage suffered in connection with the use of the CHAQS or any related third party service. Includes without limitation all losses of any kind whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation, direct loss, accidental loss, incidental loss, consequential loss and indirect loss
Notwithstanding the aforementioned limitations of liability, your sole remedy in the event of a dispute with Nomorevalid is to cease to use the CHAQS.
INDEMNITY
You are solely responsible for any damage caused to CHAQS, other users of the product or any other individual or legal entity as a result of Your violation of this EULA.
TERMINATION
You can terminate this Agreement by permanently stopping use of CHAQS at any time. Termination will not affect already existing rights or obligations of us or you.
