Effective Date: February 27, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Chartist Games ("Chartist Games", "we", "us", or "our") for Main Event: Wrestling Manager (the "Game").

By downloading, installing, or using the Game through Steam, you agree to this Agreement.

This Agreement governs your use of the Game, including the game client, updates, patches, bug fixes, downloadable content, and bundled official game content provided by Chartist Games.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Game.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Chartist Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game for non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Game is licensed, not sold.

You must not, except where prohibited restrictions are unenforceable under applicable law:

1. copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game;
2. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Game;
3. use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized tools to modify gameplay or services;
4. interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent security, technical protections, or platform controls;
5. use the Game for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

The Game is an evolving product. Features, systems, and content may be changed, rebalanced, suspended, or removed at any time.

This includes current and planned modes and integrations, such as career mode, AI world simulation, data pack and Workshop workflows, and possible future online multiplayer, cloud, and leaderboard features.

If you upload, publish, or share content (including custom packs, metadata, and images) through Steam Workshop or related tools:

1. your upload and subscription activity is governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Workshop terms;
2. you represent and warrant that you have all rights required to upload, share, and distribute that content;
3. you must not upload infringing, unlawful, or harmful content;
4. we may remove, block, or disable incompatible or policy-violating content where reasonably necessary.

The Game may interoperate with third-party services and platforms, including:

1. Steam platform features (for example achievements, Workshop, and Steam overlay);
2. optional Discord Rich Presence;
3. external community and feedback links;
4. optional online backend/account services where enabled.

Your use of third-party services is subject to those third parties' terms and policies. Third-party services may be unavailable, interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time.

The Game may process and store the following categories of data:

1. local device data for saves, settings/configuration, and local pack/mod files;
2. account/gameplay/profile-related data for online-enabled features where available;
3. platform-level data handled by Steam under Steam terms and policies.

Chartist Games and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and all related intellectual property, including code, design, text, graphics, audio, branding, and official data packs.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.

The Game may receive updates, patches, and fixes, including compatibility and security updates. Continued use of the Game after an update may require acceptance of updated terms where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chartist Games and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chartist Games' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Game or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Game if you materially breach this Agreement.

Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must stop using the Game.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and Chartist Games agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice as appropriate.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Chartist Games regarding the Game and supersedes prior agreements on the same subject matter.
