Terms and Conditions for Use of DLC Music Content
By purchasing this DLC ("the Product"), the purchaser ("the User") agrees to the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of the included music tracks ("the Tracks") owned by Tyee 'Lar Oxenbury ("the Owner").
Grant of Limited License
Upon purchase, the Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tracks for personal and non-commercial purposes. Permitted uses include but are not limited to incorporating the Tracks into social media content, YouTube videos, and similar creative projects.
Restrictions on Use
a. The User is strictly prohibited from selling the Tracks or representing them as their own.
b. The User is not permitted to monetize content containing any portion of the Tracks.
c. In the event the User monetizes such content or otherwise violates these restrictions, the Owner reserves the right to:
i. Request the User to mute or remove the content featuring the Tracks.
ii. Seek compensation in the form of an agreed percentage of the monetized revenue.
Prohibition of Modifications
The User may not alter, modify, or manipulate the Tracks in any way to circumvent the above restrictions. Prohibited modifications include, but are not limited to:
Adjusting volume levels
Removing background noise
Trimming or rearranging sections
Applying effects or filters
Equalizing frequencies or any other form of alteration
Piracy and Proof of Purchase
Any unauthorized use, piracy, or plagiarism of the Tracks is strictly prohibited. The User must retain proof of purchase and provide such proof upon request by the Owner. Failure to provide proof of purchase or any evidence of unauthorized use will result in legal action.
Legal Remedies
The Owner reserves the right to pursue further legal action in the event of any breach of these terms, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, or other remedies as deemed appropriate under applicable law.
Binding Agreement
By purchasing this Product, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Owner and the User regarding the Tracks and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
