IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the publisher of Rich Teddy Adventures (the "Game") for the use of the Game, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy or use the Game.
GRANT OF LICENSE. The Game is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to the terms of this EULA, the publisher of the Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use only.
RESTRICTIONS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense or otherwise transfer any part of the Game. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not use the Game for any illegal purpose, or in any manner that could damage or adversely affect the Game, the publisher or any third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The publisher retains all rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The publisher does not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall the publisher be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if the publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TERMINATION. This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
GENERAL.
