License Agreement
Please read this license agreement carefully as it sets out the terms upon which Howlbreath LLC licenses this game for use.
By downloading this game, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to be bound by the provisions of this agreement, you must not download, install, nor use this game.
Howlbreath LLC hereby grants to the user a license to:
1. Install a copy of the game on a computer
2. Use a single instance of the game
This license is subject to the following prohibitions:
1. The user must not use the game to facilitate any form of unlawful acts, including but not limited to communications
2. The user must not use offensive language
3. The user must not use profanities
4. The user must not harass other players
5. The user must not modify any files in the game installation nor modify the running game
6. The user must not redistribute the game
7. If the user discovers a bug in the game, it must be reported and must not be exploited nor shared with others
8. The user must not delete players from an account that the user did not create
9. The user must not use any form of bot, trainer, or macro with the game
10. The user must not use anything to control the game when they are not actively playing
11. The user must not send any kind of TCP-IP nor UDP packets to the servers using any program other than the game running on a computer
12. The user must not hack, reverse engineer, or decompile any files included with the game
13. The user must not repeatedly grief members of their town, such as but not limited to continuously attacking or preventing them from playing
14. The user must not use characters with the purpose of aiding players of the opposing town
15. The user must not intentionally let their character(s) be killed by enemy players nor their own players
16. The user must not buy, sell, nor trade in-game goods for anything other than in-game goods and services
17. The user must not buy, sell, nor trade accounts
18. The user must not use any third-party software to modify the game behavior
19. The user must not play multiple instances of the game at the same time, including but not limited to multiple instances on the same computer or multiple computers
20. The user must not hack nor log into any accounts not created by the user
Account Sharing
Sharing accounts with other users is discouraged. The security of a user's account and it's contents is the responsibility of the user.
Data Ownership
All accounts, characters, items, and any form of data in the game is owned by Howlbreath LLC. Howlbreath LLC reserves the right to do anything to this data. This includes but is not limited to changing and deleting characters, items, or other data.
Violating This Agreement
All user characters, items, and data is owned by Howlbreath LLC. Howlbreath LLC reserves the right to the following in response to a user violating this agreement or for any other reason:
1. Delete any or all data including but not limited to characters and items
2. Modify any or all data including but not limited to characters and items
3. Ban a user from accessing accounts and server resources
