End User License Agreement (EULA) for Game Demo
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Moon Flame Games, the developer of the game demo referred to as "Magical Harvest". By installing, copying, or otherwise using the demo version of Magical Harvest, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the demo version of Magical Harvest.
Grant of License: Moon Flame Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the demo version of Magical Harvest for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted solely for the purpose of evaluating the demo version of Magical Harvest.
Limitations on Use: You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the demo version of Magical Harvest. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the demo version of Magical Harvest, or create derivative works based on it.
No Warranty: The demo version of Magical Harvest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Moon Flame Games makes no warranties regarding the performance, functionality, or compatibility of the demo version of Magical Harvest. You assume all risks associated with the use of the demo version of Magical Harvest.
Ownership: All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the demo version of Magical Harvest are owned by Moon Flame Games. The demo version of Magical Harvest is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Creating Media: You are permitted to create media, including images/screenshots, videos, and streams, derived from your play-through of the software. Sharing such media on platforms such as social media pages is allowed.
Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Moon Flame Games may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the demo version of Magical Harvest and destroy all copies of it in your possession.
By installing or using the demo version of Magical Harvest, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the demo version of Magical Harvest.
