End - User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using Application ("Singularity Runner") from now called „Application”.
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
License
TRIK Soft Iwona Szatkowska grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
- Player nicknames must be appropriate, they must not contain any offensive language. Players with offensive nicknames will be removed from Rankings.
Modifications to Application
TRIK Soft Iwona Szatkowska reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or TRIK Soft Iwona Szatkowska. TRIK Soft Iwona Szatkowska may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from TRIK Soft Iwona Szatkowska, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your desktop. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your desktop.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
TRIK Soft Iwona Szatkowska reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
PRIVACY POLICY
The privacy policy describes the rules for the processing of information about you, including personal data.
General information
This policy applies to the Game SINGULARITY RUNNER which uses PlayFab, Inc. The Azure PlayFab Services.
Personal data administrator is: TRIK Soft Iwona Szatkowska
Operator's e-mail contact address: triksoft@protonmail.com
The operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to the data provided voluntarily on the Game.
The Game uses personal data for the following purposes:
Collecting and publishing Leaderboards
The Game obtains information about users and their behavior in the following way:
Saving a unique user device identifier to create an anonymous PlayFab account.
Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
All data is stored on PlayFab Services, where the following privacy policy applies:

Your rights and additional information on how the data is used
Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting).
You have the right to request from the Administrator:
- access to your personal data,
- deleting,
- processing restrictions,
- and data portability.
The Administrator's actions may be appealed against to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the game and the handling of Rankings.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
