1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Wirgin Developer ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is not a sale of the Game, and Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game.
2. Use Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Game, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
Adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any part thereof.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or trademarks on or in the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Share, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your license to the Game to any third party.
3. Updates and Modifications
Licensor may, from time to time, provide updates or modifications to the Game. You agree to install and use these updates or modifications, as they may be necessary for the continued functionality of the Game.
4. Privacy
Chamber's Reunion does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or data from your use of the game. We respect your privacy and do not engage in any data collection practices. Your use of the game is not subject to any data sharing or privacy policy.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME OR YOUR USE THEREOF.
7. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
