For all purposes, this English language version of this agreement shall be the original, governing instrument and understanding of the parties.
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the game and any copies thereof are owned by Cryogen Labs. This game contains certain licensed materials, and Cryogen Labs' licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of this agreement.
This is a legal agreement between you and us (Cryogen Labs), regarding HorrorBox. Here is a summary of said legal agreement/binding:
This EULA grants you the right to play HorrorBox. This licence is for your personal use only and doesn't give you ownership rights. At all times we (Cryogen Labs) continue to own all of HorrorBox, all in-game content, any future updates including content within, other materials about them and the intellectual property rights in them, including all copyright, trademarks, patents and legal objects.
We hope you can abide by a fair experience for yourself and others in HorrorBox, as such, listed below are a few examples of things we ask you to not do, they include but are not limited to:
a. copy, distribute, hack, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the game or any part of it, except as permitted by local law and/or granted access by either Cryogen Labs representatives; Taylor Mckenzie or Harris Barra.
b. do anything with the game for commercial use (e.g. for money), streaming and uploading content is allowed.
c. create, distribute or use any cheats or exploits on the game, whether it be progression or gameplay related.
These are rules which will enforce a better gameplay experience, if you break any of them or our user agreement, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to the game, examples are in the form of bans and/or player profile resets.
As the game continues to progress with time, this EULA may be edited, you'll be once again greeted with a EULA agreement which will overwrite your current one. In the case you may not receive the updated EULA, it will become legally binding on you 30 days after we publicly announce the change.
If you have enquiries or would like to contact us about this agreement, please contact us via email.
