1. Introduction
This document ("Oppidum Terms of Use") is a legal agreement between the user ("you") and EP Games, a trading name for D. S. Edad Perdida, S.L. ("we", "us", "our").

By installing, copying, or using "Oppidum" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game subject to these Terms of Use.

Consequences: Engaging in these activities may result in a temporary or permanent ban, losing your rights to access the Game.

8. Limitation on Liability; Disclaimers
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Game, including all content therein, is provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your use of the Game is at your own risk. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information contained within the Game. The Game is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability: The liability of EP Games, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents (collectively, "Released Parties") for any damages related to the Game is expressly limited. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from personal injury, unauthorized access, interruption or cessation of transmission, bugs, viruses, errors, or any loss or damage incurred from the use of the Game.
Maximum Liability: In any event, if the Released Parties are found liable, the maximum liability to you shall not exceed US $30.00.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EP Games, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of any third-party rights, copyright, intellectual property, privacy rights, and applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

The Game may contain links to other websites operated by or on behalf of EP Games, and your use of such websites is subject to their respective policies. The Game may also contain links to third-party websites, over which we have no control or responsibility. We encourage you to exercise discretion when browsing the Internet. 11. Termination
EP Games reserves the right to discontinue the Game or restrict access at any time, at its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies. Sections 8 (Disclaimers; Limitation on Liability), 9 (Indemnity), and 12 (General), along with any licenses granted to EP Games, will survive.
12. General Provisions
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these terms.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining parts continue in effect.
