RESTRICTIONS ON USE
This Game is for personal and private use only. The Game may only be used on one device at a time, and only on devices which are under your custody and control at the time of use.
You are not permitted to distribute, rent, lease, sub-license, loan, copy, modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Game in part or as a whole. You are not permitted to use any software designed to modify or defeat the purpose or experience of the Game.
You may not use the Game or any online features in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, impair, overburden or compromise Curious Chicken Games Oy and its systems or security. You may not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Curious Chicken Games Oy. You may not use the Game or any online features in a manner that interferes with the experience of other users of the Game.
You acknowledge that all ownership rights, intellectual property, trade secrets and other proprietary rights relating to the Game are owned or licensed by Curious Chicken Games Oy unless otherwise stated. You acknowledge that your the Game is licensed to you and not sold to you.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By uploading content (the "Uploaded Content") to the GeneRally 2 Workshop, you grant Curious Chicken Games Oy a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid up, royalty-free, unlimited, irrevocable license to use, distribute, sell, transmit, modify, publicly display or perform the Uploaded Content.
You represent and warrant that the Upload Content was originally created by you or, if the Uploaded Content has multiple contributors, that you have the right to submit the Uploaded Content on behalf of all contributors. Furthermore, you represent the Uploaded Content, your submission of it, and this granting of rights to the Upload Content does not violate any law, contract or regulation.
Curious Chicken Games Oy offers no warranties and accepts no liability regarding its use of the Uploaded Content. When uploading content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curious Chicken Games Oy from any and all claims, liabilities and costs, losses, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of any breach, allegation, claim or failure of any of the warranties or agreements made by you.
TERMINATION
Curoius Chicken Games Oy may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement. In the event of termination, all rights granted to you by this agreement shall cease. All provisions of this agreement relating to disclaimers or warranties, limitations of liability, remedies, damages or Curious Chicken Games Oy's properietary rights shall survive termination.
WARRANTIES
Curious Chicken Games Oy does not warrant that the Game is error-free or that it will operate at all, nor that any errors in the Game will be repaired. Curious Chicken Games Oy does not warrant that the Game will operate on all devices and operating systems.
LIMITED LIABILITIES
Where permitted by law, the maximum liability of Curious Chicken Games Oy shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Game.
WHOLE AGREEMENT
This constitutes the entire agreement between Curious Chicken Games Oy and you with respect to the license and use of the Game and any online features and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that that provision shall be deemed to be severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and both parties submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
