End user license agreement
Before using this PC game software program (hereinafter referred to as "this game"), please be sure to read the full text of the following end-user license contract (hereinafter referred to as "this contract").
After the user installs the game, this contract will take effect as a valid contract between the user and Wang Tao, the game producer (hereinafter referred to as "Wata").
If the user is a minor or a person with limited civil capacity, the content of this contract needs to be approved by parents and other appropriate managers before installing this game.
1. License with restrictions
(1) On the condition that the user complies with the provisions of this contract, Wata grants the user a non monopoly license to install this game on the personal computer held by the user and use it only for the purpose of playing the game.
(2) Users may not re license the rights obtained in accordance with the preceding paragraph to a third party.
(3) The right in the first paragraph is the inherent right of the user who purchases the right to use this game, and the user cannot transfer this right to a third party.
2. Provision of additional and modified procedures
(1) Wata sometimes provides additions and modifications to the game in order to change the content of the game, expand functions, add content or modify program defects. This contract will also apply to this addition and modification procedure.
(2) In principle, the addition and modification procedures are provided free of charge, but if Wata decides to provide them with compensation, they will be provided with compensation.
(3) The addition and modification procedures are implemented according to Wata's arbitrary judgment, and Wata has no obligation to provide users with the addition and modification procedures.
3. Certification

4. Intellectual property

5. Prohibitions
When using this game, users must not have the following behaviors.
① The reproduction of all or part of the content of this game (except for the reproduction required for the installation of this game), change, transformation, translation, analysis, reverse engineering or extraction of code, etc., may infringe the intellectual property rights of Wata.
② Analyze the behavior of communication protocols and other data used in this game, as well as the behavior of using them for other purposes.
③ Use the game in whole or in part for commercial purposes in Internet cafes, game centers and other places without the prior written permission of Wata.
④ Without the prior written permission of Wata, use all or part of the game to hold or provide commercial activities or conferences (except for private use within a limited range such as family or friends).
⑤ When there is a problem in this game, the behavior of deliberately taking advantage of the problem.
⑥ Equivalent to the above behaviors, or behaviors similar to the above, which are unfavorable to Wata.
6. Termination
(1) Users can terminate this contract at any time by uninstalling this game from their computer.
(2) If the user violates any provision of this contract, Wata may terminate this contract. In this case, the user should immediately stop using the game and uninstall the game from his computer.
7. Disclaimer
(1) Wata only provides the game to users in its original state, and does not guarantee the integrity, action stability, suitability for users' use purposes and all other matters of the game.
(2) Wata is not responsible for any loss suffered by users due to the use of this game.
8. Change of this contract
(1) Wata can freely change the content of this contract at any time by posting the changed content on the platform, the official website of this game or the game screen of this game.
