I will not sell, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the application. I will not copy or use my application for any other purposes except for personal, non-commercial purposes. I will not modify, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer the application. I understand that Mesmerizers may update the application with new content and features regularly. Mesmerizers may implement any feedback or suggestions without compensation or credits given. I understand that all rights are reserved to Mesmerizers. I understand I may ask questions about this EULA by emailing msmrzzrs@mesmerizersgaming.com.

Should I break this agreement, I understand that any court proceedings resulting from this broken agreement will occur in Dallas, TX, USA.
