We may (but are not obliged to) monitor, filter, modify, block and/or remove communications that we believe do not comply with these terms. However, please bear in mind that we are unable to control every communication that our users share. Therefore, you may be exposed to communications from other users that you dislike.
No cheating
When anyone cheats, they get an unfair advantage that can ruin the game for everyone else. The game software includes mandatory anti-cheat features that share data with Embark and our third-party anti-cheat service. You must not attempt to disable, circumvent, or tamper with any of our anti-cheat technology.

All of these, and anything similar that gives you an unfair advantage, constitutes cheating. You are not allowed to develop, share, use, or encourage the use of cheating. Additionally, you may not decrypt or modify any data transmitted between the game software and our game servers.
Photosensitivity warning

Our responsibility for loss or damage to you is limited
We are not responsible for any computer crashes or loss of data as a result of your participation in the playtest. You assume all risks and costs associated with the playtest, including, without limitation, any internet access, hardware costs, and any damage to any equipment, software, information, or data. If you are unhappy with the game experience, your sole remedy is to discontinue participating in the playtest.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or other damages arising in connection with the use of the game during the playtest. Our game is only for personal and private use, and we are not liable for business losses. The maximum aggregate liability of Embark for all damages, losses and causes of action is USD 50.
