End User License Agreement ("EULA") for Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) defines the terms of use between you (“Player”) and The Farm 51 Group SA, a company established under Polish law with its registered office at Ligocka 60D, 44-105 Gliwice, Poland (“We” or “Company”), regarding access to and use of the software product titled Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone, together with any related content, patches, documentation, and official expansions, unless distributed under separate terms (collectively, the “Game”).
By downloading, installing, launching, or using the Game in any manner, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game and remove all associated files.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must review this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian, who must accept it on your behalf before you proceed.
We may update this Agreement from time to time, especially in response to legal, technical, or gameplay changes. The most recent version will always be available through official channels and becomes binding upon continued use of the Game after notice (e.g., via changelogs, platform updates, or website announcements).
This Agreement applies regardless of whether the Game was obtained directly from us or through a third-party platform (e.g., Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store). Use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms of service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game on a personal device, solely for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
