End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Lucky Cog Studios ("Publisher") for the game "Relax In Space" ("Game") published by Lucky Cog Studios. By installing and using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Grant of License. Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions. You are not permitted to:
Sell, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game.
Copy or use the Game for any other purposes except for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Updates. Publisher may, at its discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, patches, and other modifications to the Game ("Updates"). You agree that Publisher may deploy Updates remotely, with or without notice, and that these Updates are subject to the terms of this EULA.
4. Feedback. If you provide Publisher with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Game, you agree that Publisher may use this feedback without any obligation to compensate you or provide you with credit.
5. Personal Information. The Game does not collect any personal information from users.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty. The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Publisher does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does Publisher make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Game. In no event shall Publisher be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Publisher. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Publisher if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.

9. Governing Law. This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
