This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Infoboard Europe GmbH (“Provider”) for the software “Hidden Champion” (“Software”).

1. License Grant

The Provider grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for private, business, and commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

2. Use and Attribution Requirement

Commercial and public use of the Software is permitted provided that Infoboard Europe GmbH and the name “Hidden Champion” are clearly referenced.

The attribution must be:

clearly visible (e.g. credits, description, imprint),

include “Hidden Champion” and “Infoboard Europe GmbH”.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

redistribute the Software or substantial parts as your own product,

reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software without permission,

remove or alter copyright or trademark notices.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights remain the exclusive property of Infoboard Europe GmbH.

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent permitted by EU law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or mandatory EU consumer protection law.

7. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically upon material breach.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by EU law and the laws of Germany.
