END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "Alight in the Dark"
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and Furious AS, the developers of "Alight in the Dark" ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE: The Game is licensed to you, not sold. Furious AS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
limited license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not grant you any rights to use the Game for any other purpose or to distribute the Game.
2. UPDATES: The Game may be updated from time to time. Furious AS is not obliged or obligated to support the Game,
but plan and hope to support it as long as is reasonable.
Any updates provided to the Game are covered by this EULA.
3. ONLINE SERVICES: The Game may include online services that allow you to interact with other users.
It is important to note that these online services are not a part of the paid product and offline play remains unaffected.
Furious AS reserves the right to prevent you or ban you from interacting with these services for any reason.
However, it is not required to play the game, which is an offline single-player experience.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Game and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software,
are the intellectual property of Furious AS and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
FURIOUS AS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL FURIOUS AS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE GAME,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
EVEN IF FURIOUS AS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. TERMINATION: This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
8. GOVERNING LAW: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Norway.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Furious AS and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings,
whether written or oral, relating to the Game.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it,
and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the Game.
