CHOP CHOP GUYS – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Flawless Fun Co. OÜ, the owner and operator of Chop Chop Guys (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License Grant. Flawless Fun Co. OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device that you own or control. You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or any part of it. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any part of it, except to the extent permitted by law. You may not create any derivative works based on the Game or any part of it, or use any unauthorized third-party software to modify the Game or any part of it.
2. User Accounts. In order to access and use certain features of the Game, you may be required to create a user account and provide certain personal information, such as your name, email address, and date of birth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your user account, and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your user account, and you must keep your account password secure and confidential. You may not share your user account or password with anyone, and you must notify Flawless Fun Co. OÜ immediately if you suspect that your user account or password has been compromised. Flawless Fun Co. OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your user account if it is used in a manner that violates this EULA or any applicable laws or regulations.
3. User Conduct. You are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing and using the Game, and you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this EULA. You may not use the Game to engage in any illegal, offensive, infringing, or fraudulent activities, or to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature. You may not use the Game to harm, threaten, or harass anyone, or to violate the rights of Flawless Fun Co. OÜ or any third party, including without limitation their intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. You may not use the Game to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. You may not use the Game to advertise, promote, or solicit any goods, services, or other commercial activities without the prior written consent of Flawless Fun Co. OÜ. You may not use the Game in any way that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the Game or any servers or networks connected to the Game. Flawless Fun Co. OÜ reserves the right to monitor, review, and record your conduct while accessing and using the Game, and to take appropriate action if your conduct violates this EULA or any applicable laws or regulations.
4. User Content. You may be able to submit, upload, or post various content, including without limitation text, images, videos, audio clips, and other materials (“User Content”) while accessing and using the Game. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you may hold in your User Content. However, by submitting, uploading, or posting your User Content to the Game, you grant Flawless Fun Co. OÜ a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. You also grant Flawless Fun Co. OÜ and its users the right to access, use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Game and Flawless Fun Co. OÜ's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Game in any media formats and through any media channels. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the foregoing licenses to Flawless Fun Co. OÜ and its users, and that your User Content does not and will not violate any laws or regulations, or the rights of any third party, including without limitation their intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. You acknowledge and agree that Flawless Fun Co. OÜ is not responsible or liable for any User Content submitted, uploaded, or posted by you or any other user, and that Flawless Fun Co. OÜ does not endorse any User Content or verify its accuracy, completeness, or compliance with this EULA or any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Third-Party Services and Content. The Game may contain links to websites, services, or content offered by third parties (“Third-Party Services”), including without limitation advertisements, social media platforms, and online stores. Flawless Fun Co. OÜ does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any Third-Party Services, or the content, products, or services available on or through any Third-Party Services. You acknowledge and agree that your access and use of any Third-Party Services is at your own risk, and that Flawless Fun Co. OÜ is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to your access or use of any Third-Party Services. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms and conditions of any Third-Party Services when accessing or using them.
6. Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Flawless Fun Co. OÜ. Flawless Fun Co. OÜ may terminate this EULA at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice to you. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies of it in your possession or control. Upon termination of this EULA, your license to use the Game and any rights granted to you under this EULA will automatically terminate and you must immediately stop accessing and using the Game. The provisions of this EULA that by their nature are intended to survive termination will survive any termination of this EULA.
7. Privacy. The developer and operator of "Chop Chop Guys" is Flawless Fun Co. OÜ. Flawless Fun Co. OÜ processes personal information about players of The Game in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understand Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Flawless Fun Co. OÜ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, DATA ACCURACY, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION.
