End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of the game, YAYS- Your Adventure Your Story. By installing, using, or accessing the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Definitions
Game means the software program called YAYS- Your Adventure Your Story, including all associated media, files, and documentation.
License means the right to use the Game, as granted under this EULA.
You means the individual or entity that installs, uses, or accesses the Game.
Developer means the individual or entity that created the Game.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
Copy, distribute, or modify the Game, except as expressly permitted in this EULA.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to:
Renting, leasing, or lending the Game to others.
Selling or otherwise transferring the Game to others.
Using the Game to create or distribute derivative works.
Use the Game in a way that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to:
Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Harassing or threatening others.
3. Steam Distribution
The Game is distributed through the Steam platform. By accepting this EULA, you agree to the following terms:
You agree to comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
You agree to use the Game in accordance with the Steam Community Guidelines.
You agree to not use the Game in a way that violates the Steam Terms of Service.
4. Termination
This EULA will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. In addition, the Developer may terminate this EULA at any time, for any reason.
5. Limited Warranty
The Developer warrants that the Game will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation accompanying the Game for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If the Game fails to meet this warranty, you may return it to the Developer for a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Developer will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with this EULA, including but not limited to:
Economic losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
Personal injury or property damage.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Developer's liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Game.
7. Governing Law
This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
9. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this EULA and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10. Notices
All notices and other communications under this EULA will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in regular mail, postage prepaid, addressed as follows:

11. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this EULA will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

This EULA may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
