END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
- You are not authorized, directly or indirectly, to (i) sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, market, or exploit the product or any of its components for commercial purposes; (ii) redesign, decompile, disassemble, adapt, reproduce, or create derivative works of this product (except to the extent that the product allows by special features to create, generate, or submit user-generated content for which you must create an account and comply with the terms of use), in whole or in part (iii) create, use, and/or distribute "car," "trainer," "script," or "macro" or other "cheat" or "hack" computer programs or software applications for this product (whether in the context of an online multiplayer game or a single-player game on the Internet or in a LAN); (iv) remove, alter, disable, or circumvent any copyright or trademark indications or other product authorship and origin information, notifications, or labels carried or contained in this product; and (v) export or re-export this product or an adaptation copy, in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Any title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the product (including, but not limited to, any text, graphics, music or audio, all messages or informational items, fictional characters, names, themes, objects, scenery, costumes, costumes, effects, dialogue, slogans, locations, characters, diagrams, concepts, choreography, videos, audiovisual effects, domain names, and any other items that are part of the product, individually or in combination) and any copies thereof are the property of BR-Digital or its licensors. The product is protected by national and international laws, copyright treaties and conventions, and other texts. The product may contain licensed material, in which case BR-Digital's licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement. Any reproduction or representation of such licensed material in any form or for any reason without the prior consent of BR-Digital and, if applicable, BR-Digital's licensors and representatives is prohibited. Except as expressly set forth in this EULA, all rights not hereby granted to You are expressly reserved by BR-Digital. This License does not confer any title or ownership to the product and should not be construed as the sale of any rights under the product.
