END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
SIR ABANDON – RRPG2022

IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the game SIR ABANDON ("the Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not accept these terms, you must not install, copy, or use the Game.
1. LICENSE
1.1. License Grant: RRPG2022 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use SIR ABANDON solely for your personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with this EULA and the rules of the Steam platform.
1.2. Restrictions: You are not permitted to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game without the express authorization of RRPG2022.
Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game, except as permitted by law.
Use the Game for commercial or promotional purposes without RRPG2022's authorization.
Bypass or attempt to bypass any copy protection or security measures of the Game.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1. Ownership Rights: SIR ABANDON and all associated elements (code, graphics, music, characters, etc.) are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights are reserved by RRPG2022.
2.2. Trademarks: "SIR ABANDON" and "RRPG2022" are registered trademarks of RRPG2022. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent from RRPG2022.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
3.1. If the Game allows users to create content (mods, levels, etc.), you agree that:
You will not create illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
RRPG2022 may use, modify, or delete any content you submit through the Game.
4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
4.1. Updates: RRPG2022 may release updates or patches to improve the Game. These updates may be required to continue using the Game.
4.2. Support: RRPG2022 does not guarantee continuous technical support. Any assistance is provided at RRPG2022's sole discretion.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. No Warranty: SIR ABANDON is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties regarding performance, bug-free operation, or compatibility with all systems.
5.2. Liability Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, RRPG2022 disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Game.
6. TERMINATION
6.1. This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It will be automatically terminated if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1. Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of France.
7.2. Disputes: Any dispute related to this EULA shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douai, France.
8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
8.1. Partial Invalidity: If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement shall remain in effect.
8.2. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and RRPG2022 regarding the use of SIR ABANDON.
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THIS AGREEMENT.
