END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BATTLE CRAFT GAME
Effective Date: July 26, 2023
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using the Battle Craft game ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
LICENSE TO GAME
1.1. Game Developer and Owner: FOP Yaremchuk Mykhailo Vasyl'ovych (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer").
1.2. The Developer hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, use, and play Battle Craft on one device (computer or gaming console) for personal, non-commercial use.
1.3. The license is valid as long as you comply with all the terms of this Agreement.
COPYRIGHTS
2.1. Battle Craft and all related materials are copyrighted and protected by copyright laws.
2.2. You are not allowed to modify, distribute, sell, rent, license, transfer, publicly display, perform, reproduce, create derivative works, or use the Game or any part of it without the Developer's written consent.
RESTRICTIONS
3.1. You are not allowed to:
3.1.1. Use the Game or any part of it for commercial purposes.
3.1.2. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
3.1.3. Use software or other means to hack, alter the functionality, or bypass the Game's security measures.
LIABILITY
4.1. You use the Game at your own risk. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages caused to you, your computer, software, or data as a result of using the Game.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
5.1. The Game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The Developer disclaims all warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, security, and non-infringement.
CHANGES TO TERMS
6.1. The Developer reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at its sole discretion. Changes come into effect upon publication.
FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
