This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, hereinafter "User") and GaniTani ("Licensor") for the use of this software product, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
GaniTani grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes on a single device.
2. Restrictions
The User may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or any part thereof.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Software.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) are owned by GaniTani. The Software is licensed, not sold.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from GaniTani if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
GaniTani shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if GaniTani has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
