This End User Licence Agreement ("licence") is the legal agreement between you and Glactic Pty Ltd registered in Australia, in relation, but not limited to games, software, programs and applications such as those released by Glactic, whether now or in the future.

For which includes all updates, upgrades, patches, amendments and or other changes made by Glactic, to the software or program that the EULA (End User Licence Agreement) is attached to (collectively, the "Software").

In this licence, you, the user of the Software, are referred to as "you", "your", "you’re’ and we are referred to as "Glactic", "we", ” us” or " ours".

In this licence, contributions are referred to as “contributions”, “content”.

We grant you a licence to use the Software, based on this EULA and that you or any other parties using such software, agree and adhere to all regulations, documentation and or any form of amendments made by Glactic for which is the use of the Software.

By using the Software, you the user agrees to Glactic amending this licence agreement at any time, and you the user accepts the responsibility of ensuring the EULA for the software is up to date and current.

Glactic retains all rights as the sole owners.

1.1 Subject to your compliance with this licence, we grant you a limited, revocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Software solely for your personal and non-commercial use.


1.2 You may not share or make the Software available to third parties (unless given written consent from Glactic), sell, rent, lend, lease or redistribute the Software.

1.3 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, or any part thereof (except with Glactic’s prior written consent).

1.4 When downloading and accessing the Software, or downloading content from the Software, standard network and/or broadband charges may apply. You may incur additional data charges from your network operator depending on your contract with the relevant internet service provider for which you are solely responsible.

1.5 Glactic reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.


2.1 Except as expressly provided in this licence, you agree not to (and not authorise, promote or procure for others, directly or indirectly):

In entire or in part, reproduction, reproduce, disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer or create spinoff works of the Software (or any a part of it), besides in which such copying is incidental to ordinary use of the Software;
rent, sell, lease, sub-licence, loan, publish, display, distribute or in any other case, any reproduction thereof, in entire or in part;
reflect, translate, alter, modify, merge, adapt, range or make changes to, or adjustments of, the entire or any a part of the Software, nor allow the Software or any a part of it to be blended with, or grow to be included in, another programs;
combine, associate, wrap-around, integrate, or align, any third-celebration software, additives or add-on functions with the Software or any a part of it, in any way whatsoever;
take advantage of or in any other case make to be had the Software or any of its elements for any reason which includes any industrial reason;
disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer or create spinoff works primarily based totally at the entire or any a part of the Software or try and do one of these things, besides to the volume that such movements can't be prohibited with the aid of using law; and
pass or are seeking to pass any safety or technical measures (which includes de-obfuscating any code) regarding the Software, which includes with the aid of using the adoption of strategies and technology now recognised or hereafter developed.


2.2 You may not use in connection with the Software any third party software (including any game client not developed by Glactic or licensed under this licence) that participates in or permits any of the restricted activities set forth in section 2.1 above in connection with the software.

2.3 Any use of the Software that is not expressly authorised under the terms of this licence is strictly prohibited. Any use of the Software in violation of the licence and its restrictions will be deemed to be a violation of the terms of this licence and/or a violation of our intellectual property rights in the Software (as detailed inside the Software). below).


Glactic is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Software.


The software may invite you to participate with other users, allowing you the ability to create, submit and post your own contributions and content. Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Software.

4.1 You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licence right, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorise us, and other users of the Software to use your contributions in any manner contemplated by the Software and this licence.

4.2 Your contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).

4.3 Your contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.

4.4 Your contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule of any third party.

4.5 Your contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise itended to protecte the health or well-being of minors.

4.6 Your contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.

4.7 Your contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of this licence, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Software in violation of the foregoing violates this licence and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Software.


5.1 Under no circumstances shall the Software be considered "open source" or "public" software.

5.2 You acknowledge that the rights to the Software are licensed (not sold) to you and that you have no rights in or to the Software other than your right to use them under the terms of this licence.

5.3 You acknowledge that you have no right or access to the Software in source code form except as expressly provided in this licence.


6.1 Glactic warrants that the Software is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of your download.

6.2 No warranty is provided for the Software that is not executable on the device, that has been unauthorisedly modified, handled inappropriately or culpably, combined or installed with inappropriate hardware, regardless if by yourself or by third parties, or if there any other reasons outside of Glactic’s sphere of influence that affect the executable of the Software.



6.3 To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the software is provided "As is'' with all faults, without warranty, performance assurances or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of condition, quality, satisfaction, uninterrupted use, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use is at your sole risk. Glactic does not warrant that the software will be error-free, or that the software will interoperate or be compatible with any other software or that any errors in the software will be corrected.

6.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not represent or warrant that access to the software will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information. We do not guarantee that you will be able to access or use the software at times or locations of your choosing, or that we will have adequate capacity for the software as a whole or in any specific geographic area.

6.5 You acknowledge and agree that the Software was not developed to meet your individual requirements and that it is your responsibility to ensure that the Software meets your requirements.


7.1 Glactic takes no accountability or responsibility for any damages caused due to a breach of duties according to Section 1 of this licence.

7.2 Glactic shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the Software or any use of the Software, including but not limited to, data loss, computer damage or malfunction or other damage or loss. In addition, Glactic will not be liable for any loss or damage to digital assets such as characters, virtual goods or in-game currency, accounts or stats.

7.3 Glactic will not be responsible for any interruption of service, including but not limited to ISP disruption, software or hardware failure, or any other event that may result in data loss or service interruption. Under no circumstances will Glactic be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages.


The licence is valid until terminated by Glactic or by you. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically and without notice from Glactic if you fail to adhere to any term(s) of this licence. Upon termination, you shall stop use of the Software, destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
