This Agreement and the provision of the Software (including the purchase of virtual currency or virtual goods) through any software store shall be subject to other terms and conditions specified or required by the relevant software store, and all such relevant terms and conditions are hereby incorporated this contract. The Licensor is not responsible or liable for your credit card, bank related charges, or other charges or fees associated with your purchases in the Software or through the Software Store. All such transactions are managed by the software store, independent of the licensor. Licensor expressly excludes any liability for any such transactions, and you agree that all indemnifications for all transactions will come from or through such software stores.

This contract is only between you and the licensor, and has nothing to do with any software store. You understand that the Software Store has no obligation to provide you with software maintenance or support services. Otherwise, to the fullest extent of applicable law, the software store will have no warranty obligations related to this software. The Software Store will not be responsible for any claims related to this software product liability, violation of applicable laws or regulations, claims under consumer protection or similar laws, or infringement of intellectual property rights. You must comply with the Software Store's Terms of Service and any other applicable software store regulations or policies. The license of the software is non-transferable and is for use only on available devices owned or controlled by you. You declare that your region is not located in any U.S. embargoed country or other geographic location, and you are not listed on the U.S. Treasury Department's List of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce's List of Denied Individuals or Businesses. The Software Store is the third party beneficiary of this contract and may enforce this contract against you.
